Gultify Return Policy

At Gultify, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or modifications.
  • The item must include all original accessories, packaging, manuals, and included parts (if applicable).
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of some products sold by Gultify, including returned, surplus, and mystery items, product condition may vary and will always be described as accurately as possible in the product listing.

How to Start a Return

Please do not send any items back before receiving return approval and instructions from our support team. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photos and details of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer use.
  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.
  • Items specifically marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a customer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging and accessories where applicable.

This right may not apply to certain products excluded under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
